If you have activated Single application mode where Gokiosk will always launch your default application (Turning your device into Dedicated Kiosk Solution), you can disable it in following ways:

Method 1:

PS: This method works only if your device is connected to internet and you have portal access (comes default with Platinum license and Trial licenses)

• Login to your account

• Locate the device you want to change settings for either using Pretty name, IMEI no or you can always buzz your device.

• Click on blue cloud icon and connect to your device

• Add one more random application from the list as allowed application, this will force app to get out of "single app mode"

• On your device exit the app Gokiosk was launching as default (or simple restart your device).

Method 2: (Works on all devices without internet connection and without portal access)

Restart your device.

While restarting, press the screen five times and enter the admin password(Default: 0000) when you see the progress bar.

Once you enter the Admin menu, find an option saying "EXIT".

Tap on the Gokiosk Home screen Five times (default tap is 5 if you modified then tap as per your setting).

 Enter the admin Password(Default: 0000)

Gokiosk Admin >>  Single Application Mode >> Uncheck Single Application Mode 

Go Back and close admin settings.
